I personally DID NOT send a message from my yahoo account.
I don't use that address any more, and it's merely now just a forwarding address to gmail.
So I'm not sure who is spamming you with my yahoo account, or how they got my contacts.
Passwords on that yahoo account have been changed my own accord recently, and again just today.
